Sub-processors

The other companies Resolutr uses to run the service, and what each one is used for. Version 2, 5 October 2026.

Always used

These are part of the service itself.

Sub-processors always used
Company What it is used for What reaches it Where
Microsoft Azure Hosting, the database, and stored documents. Everything the platform holds for your firm. United Kingdom
Postmark Resolutr's own account and security email — sign-up, invitations, password resets. The recipient's name and email address, and the message itself. United States
Stripe Card payments and your firm's subscription. Payment details and the amounts involved. Card numbers never reach Resolutr. United States and the European Economic Area

Only if your firm connects them

Your firm chooses whether to use these. If you never connect one, nothing of yours is ever sent to it.

Sub-processors used only if your firm connects them
