Terms

The agreements between Resolutr and a firm that uses it. If you are a client of a mediation service rather than the service itself, the privacy notice is the page you want.

Terms of service

The agreement between Resolutr and a firm using it: what the service is, what each side is responsible for, payment, and how either side ends it.

Data processing agreement

The controller-to-processor terms. The firm decides how its clients' information is used; Resolutr processes it on the firm's instructions.

Who else is involved

Resolutr uses a small number of other companies to run the service — for hosting, email, and payments. They are all listed, with what each one is used for, on the sub-processors page.
